Eustis Yoga & Molly have paired up to provide a relaxing Yoga & Acupuncture combo.

The event starts at 3 pm with a brief demonstration of where the needles will be placed during the extended savasana.
Tracey, owner, and instructor at Eustis Yoga will be guiding everyone through a gentle yoga session. Molly will then insert sterile, one-time-use acupuncture needles at the end of the session while everyone enjoys a calming savasana.
Following the yoga and acupuncture session, stick around to chat with Molly regarding Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
$30 pre-registration & $35 at-the-door
